Tech Tips

This months Tech Tip is about reopening a closed browser tab. It happens all the time. You have a dozen tabs open in your browser and accidentally close the wrong one. You could open up your browser's history and reopen the tab from there, or you can do it with a couple of keystrokes.

Hit Ctrl+Shift+T on your PC to automatically reopen the tab you just closed.

Featured Topic

The Policy Online Resource Tool, known as "The PORT," contains several different types of documents. The PORT: Document Types Defined is a handy table providing the definitions of every document type in The PORT. If you are ever curious about the difference between a Policy and a Procedure, or a Standard Work and a Standard Operating Procedure, you can review the definitions in this table for clarification.

In the Spotlight

This month's "In the Spotlight" topis features AZCARES DOCUMENTS.

The AZCARES DOCUMENTS page in The PORT replaces the Eloquence Document Matrix. This page provides samples of active AZCARES Documents. This list includes both manually generated documents (FCSE) and automated documents (FARI) available in AZCARES generated by a specific action on a case in both English and Spanish based on customer preference.

This page is updated and maintained by the Policy Team. For any new, updated or missing forms/form versions, please inform the Policy Team including a sample document if possible through the Policy Question email box ([email protected]).
